The project Untitled reflects on the idea of time, made evident by the erosion of marble, the alternation of solids and voids that is an essential feature of sculpture. Falessi, however, voluntarily renounces sculpting marble by hand, entrusting acid with the task of modifying the material. Erosion creates forms generated by a chemical reaction that seems to imitate karst processes of water on stone.
