The idea for the work stems from Tsuchi dango cultivation, invented by Japanese botanist and philosopher Masanobu Fukuoka. The “seed bombs,” composed of clay, straw and seeds, invite respect for the ecological balance of the environment. The eight grenades, lying inside the suitcase, contain pomegranate seeds, a symbol of rebirth and unity among peoples and cultures.
